I swear, this is what happens to me every time I have some sort of extended break. Every... Single... Time...
After a long Winter break, I've found myself to have very little done on the very long To-Do list I've been wanting to do since I finished exams. I have a really big habit of formulating all these ideas for pet projects in my head and having no time to do them then I make a To-Do List after I'm finished all the important academic or job-related tasks...In the end, I still don't have time to do everything I want on the list... Or rather arguing with myself to either work on something or catch up on a show I like and end up spending an hour doing absolutely nothing as a result. I'm always very torn between being creative, learning something new, or doing something I enjoy in my free time. I also have terrible luck of being struck by an abundance of inconveniences or things I have to do right when I plan or am in the mood to actually do something. If it's for academic or work purposes, I always find some way to get things done on time! However, when it's for pet projects and the like, I have problems getting my list to completion.
I still did get a bit done this Winter break. I did a bit of reading, caught up at least on the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles show (Which is great by the way), made a few comics (Though not as much as I wanted to), bought gifts for friends and family, and learned a bit of programming over the break (Mostly C# and PD). I'm sad the break is over, but at least I got some stuff done. I'm kinda glad that class is back in session this week, I'm eager to see the possibilities within my courses this semester and see my friends again.
Also, World Peace is still an ongoing project.
See you next comic! :)
