I made it to 40 comics! Wow! Never thought that would happen!
This is a comic idea I've literally had for ages. In fact, it was one of the first comic ideas I had when I started doing comics.
I actually don't own Punch-Out!! for the Wii yet, though I've been meaning to buy it. I have played it at stores a few times back when it came out and I started thinking about what would happen if Captain Falcon was in the game after I heard about Donkey Kong being one of the boss characters. It's odd that he isn't considering it would be a very "Nintendo" thing to do. Oh well, maybe for the next game (in 20 years). The whole thing with the "Wii" and "Yes!" is a bit of a pun to how "Wii" sounds like "Oui", the french word for "Yes". I'm sure we all know how much Captain Falcon likes saying, "YES!".
On an off note, I went to Anime North this past weekend and had an amazingly awesome time. Much like last year, I'm probably gonna make a comic about it in 2 weeks or so. Need to do a few things and organize how to fit all the awesomeness on one a comic page!
